Healing of the Soul Ministries (HOTS Ministries) is an evangelistic and discipleship ministry that crosses racial, cultural, national, economical, educational and denominational boundaries.
Hayes is an Assistant Pastor at the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, Illinois, where he serves on staff as the Director of the Strategic Department and is responsible for the Strategic Development and Stewardship ministries.
